Our Industry:

The Realflex plant in Sorocaba is settled in an area of 10.000 square meters with 6.000 square meters built area, 80 km far from São Paulo. It was projected to produce ordinary hoses and large bore hoses, compounds and masterbatches.

All the equipment necessary for the rubber production is found in this plant. Machines such as: banburys, roll-mills, calenders, and extruders, being capable to produce 14,000 ton/year of products.

The company has in the plant a separate building equipped with banburys, roll-mill and calender for the production of non-black compounds to avoid contamination by carbon black.
